The TraX Rail Jam is a ski and snowboard event that takes place in non-mountain settings on a two story man made setup. With 25 tons of snow covering the setup, skier and snowboarders will have the option to grind three different features in a jam format. Each jam format will last a set amount of time allowing all the athlete's to grind the features numerous times. They will be judge on overall impression. Schedule

Rail Jam competition starts at 5pm both Saturday and Sunday night.

Saturday, 2/18/12:  skiing competition

Sunday, 2/19/12:  snowboarder competition

Prizes

1st place (skiers and boarders) = $1,500

2nd place (skiers and boarders) = $500

3rd place (skiers and boarders) = gear!

Lodging

Mountain View Lodge, located immediately next door to the event, has generously offered their large rooms starting at $70/night as well as host a Welcome BBQ luncheon at 3pm on Saturday and Sunday for athletes competing in the TraX Rail Jam event.
